TONIGHT - Death March Vendor Deadline

The HauntFest Death March 2026 vendor application closes TONIGHT at midnight. If you are interested in vending this event, make sure to get your applications in ASAP.

Acceptable booths include ANY booth themed horror or Halloween, or otherwise considered spooky or eerie. For example, some of these booths may include taxidermy, SFX makeup, reptiles, tarot card reading, blacksmithing, gothic retail clothing, masks, creepy jewelry, horror artwork, or a myriad of other products. AI-generated art will NOT be accepted. If you are unsure if your booth fits the theme, feel free to email [email protected] with pictures before applying! There is a $15 nonrefundable fee to apply, so no need to risk anything if you don’t have to.

This year, we are planning a Staff Meet and Greet evening the day prior to each event so we can all meet ahead of time and get to know one another! These Meet and Greets are open for anyone involved in the event (i.e. staff, entertainers, vendors), and anyone you would like to bring along.
