By sponsoring HauntFest, you have the opportunity to take advantage of all of that and MORE!

Any amount of sponsorship will allow your logo and website to be linked to the Sponsors page of our website for a year, and if you sign up through Eventeny, it will also be linked on our event page through Eventeny for whichever fest you sponsor! HauntFest accepts all kinds of sponsorships, whether monetary, advertising (i.e. mentions in podcasts, ads, radio, etc), physical donations to our games (t-shirts, products, gift cards, etc), or even partnering with us for a promotional event (trivia nights, etc)!

If your sponsorship is worth $250 or more, you have the opportunity to also gain perks from our Ghoul Package, which includes a full weekend HauntFest event pass, your logo on email blasts, and a sponsorship post on our socials before the event!

By becoming a SINISTER SPONSOR (A.K.A. the red carpet name we have created for anyone who donates $500 or more), this Sinister Package sponsorship will additionally allow you to table at the sponsored event (EVEN if you are unthemed!), AND our MC will announce your business to everyone at the event. WOW!

Of course, you can sponsor whichever event you choose. Your monetary sponsorship may be used to help support either of our 2 upcoming premiere events! The more sponsors we get, the more thrilling our events can be. As before mentioned, sponsorships can take many forms, such as allowing us to host a promotional event or fundraiser in your space, donating physical gifts for game prizes, or providing a typical monetary sponsorship of any amount.
