Live Music

We had a WICKED time with our Friday and Saturday musicians, including Roxanne McDaniel, My Gal Monday (pictured), Flipside, Servility, Monster Wave, Vudu Revival, Vera Soul, GLASSDROID, Lilith Rising, Fern, Hi-Fi Cowboys, and December Unloved!! Thank you to all who came out and rocked with us this December. If you particularly enjoyed any of these bands and would like to hear more of them, visit the Previous Musicians Page of our website for band names, logos, and links to their music! Performer Applications are open for April Ghouls 2025 if you are interested in applying as musical or other performance entertainment.

Also, thank you to the Sunday bands, Back Room Revival, McKinney, TC Costello, The Mourning Belles, and Weezer and the Blowfish for doing your best to help us work out the final day. Unfortunately, for the first time in HauntFest history, this event day had to be canceled due to weather concerns from vendors and musicians. We apologize for the inconvenience for anyone who planned to attend our Sunday family-friendly day and hope to have the opportunity to see you all at April Ghouls!! As always, a lot has been learned, and HauntFest plans to do everything in its power to avoid these issues in the future. Aside from this, we had a blast on Friday the 13th-14th at Nightmare Dungeon, and enjoyed the many activities below!

Activities

Christmassacre was home to some unique activities for HauntFest, such as character teeth fitting by Liquid Octopus, shrinking yourself in 3D with Shrunk 3D Greenville, and a snowing/sparking photo booth brought by Lake Joy Trails of Terror! Additionally, the event also hosted Terror Trivia, costume contests, tarot reading, two hearses, food/drink, fire performers, scavenger hunts, cornhole, s’mores, wandering monsters, pumpkin painting, axe throwing, Gelly Ball, horror movie showings, book signings, and hot sauce tasting! After all the fun, we now set our sights on the future - April Ghouls 2025! For those who are not familiar, April Ghouls is our Athens, GA event and will be on April 4-6th at Terrapin Beer Co! All applications are open for vendors, entertainment, event staff, and volunteers. If you are interested, apply today! Spots are filling up FAST, as this is our home event and has been exponentially growing since its establishment. We already have over 50 vendors signed up four months in advance, so hop on it! HauntFest is also looking for SPONSORS for April Ghouls so we can make this the best and biggest event yet! Sponsor perks can be found on the sponsor page of the website.
