ENTERTAINERS WANTED - HauntFest

Greetings, minions!

As we enter the 2026 year, there are some THRILLING new opportunities that await us… While a few are still in the works, we wanted to go ahead and share some information since there are a couple of deadlines approaching.

IF YOU ARE a band, solo musician, juggler, sword-swallower, fire breather, magician, freak show, circus act, animal trainer, blacksmith, or ANY OTHER themed entertainment that would be fitting for a HORROR, PUNK, or HALLOWEEN event, HauntFest invites YOU to apply for any of our upcoming shows. Like I said, there are still more in the works (which will be released shortly), but please continue reading for more information.

ENTERTAINER OPPORTUNITIES: HauntFest often hosts music and other themed entertainment, such as freak or magic shows, for its events. Click HERE for the Entertainer Info page.

UPCOMING DEADLINES:

• Deadline for Death March 2026 (Birmingham, AL): February 14th

• Deadline for April Ghouls 2026 (Athens, GA): February 14th

• Deadline for Harvest of Horrors 2026 (Elberton, GA): September 12th

Entertainers/Musicians must be willing to:

• Fit the theme / Come in Costume

• Perform for at least 45 minutes

Other Notes:

• You may select whether you would like to volunteer or be paid, but priority will be given to those who are willing to volunteer their time, or who have volunteered at a previous event (thank you!! <3).

• Volunteers receive free full weekend event tickets and other perks!

• Applying does not guarantee acceptance. There is a jury process for selection, and you will be informed of your status shortly after the deadline date.

• There will be a staff Meet and Greet the night before the event dates, beginning at 5 PM, to encourage networking and camaraderie! <3
