ATTENTION PREVIOUS HAUNTFEST VENDORS, ENTERTAINERS, AND MORE

Attention HauntFest vendors, performers, staff, and actors!

PREVIOUS AND CURRENT VENDORS: If you are interested in featuring your business in our 2026 HauntFest Promo Video, we are opening this opportunity for you THIS Sunday (December 14th) from 12:30 - 6:30 (drop-in times) at Terrapin Beer Co in Athens, GA. Our cameraman will capture footage of vendors, actors, entertainers, and more to be included in the video. If you are interested in this, please email [email protected] ASAP for more information. It would essentially involve setting up some of your wares to show off for the camera (it does not have to be a whole booth, but it can be if you so desire).

ALSO - If you cannot attend the shoot but have any high-quality video of your booth or wares that you would allow us to include, please shoot those over! We would love to highlight as many of our previous and current vendors as we can - you guys are awesome!

If you have not yet vended at a HauntFest event but would like to be included, we encourage you to APPLY NOW to any currently open 2026 event. We must have received your application and vendor payment by EOD this Saturday to include you in the video. There will likely be more applications opened on Saturday for other events, so make sure to keep an eye on this if you cannot attend the events that are already posted.

It would essentially involve airplaying your instruments and looking cool for the camera. Costumes are highly encouraged!

ALSO - If you cannot attend the shoot but have any high-quality video of your HauntFest performance that you would allow us to include, please shoot those over! We would love to highlight as many of our previous acts as we can - you guys were awesome!

ANY SCARE ACTORS: If you are interested in featuring your character in our 2026 HauntFest Promo Video, we are opening this opportunity for you THIS Sunday (December 14th) from 12:30 - 6:30 (drop-in times) at Terrapin Beer Co in Athens, GA. For actors, this can be ANYONE who would like to dress up spooky and participate, whether or not you have worked with HauntFest before. Our cameraman will capture footage of vendors, actors, entertainers, and more to be included in the video. If you are interested in this, please email [email protected] ASAP for more information. It would essentially involve a few “before and after” costume shots and, really, any other ideas we can come up with.

ALSO - If you cannot attend the shoot but have any high-quality video of your character that you would allow us to include, please shoot those over!

**Participating in this activity does not ensure your acceptance into future HauntFest events, but we would love to highlight you for being involved, regardless of any final decisions for 2026!

**HauntFest cannot guarantee that videos sent to us over email will be included in the video, but they will be taken into consideration by the editor.
